Max Crumm, Katie Thompson and More Set for 22@54 at 54 Below

Max Crumm (Grease, F#%king Up Everything), Daniel J. Edwards (Anything Goes), Sevan Greene, Adam Halpin (Dogfight, Glory Days), Patty Nieman, Eileen Patterson, Aaron Riesebeck, Katie Thompson (Giant, Big Fish) and Carrington Vilmont (Phantom of the Opera) will be joining the concert cast of 22@54.

Also performing will be the previously announced host Joe Iconis ("Smash") as well as Benjamin Eakeley (On a Clear Day..., Sweeney Todd), Jenny Fellner (Wicked, Pal Joey), Sara Jean Ford (How to Succeed..., Phantom of the Opera), Karl Josef Co (Allegiance), Megan McGinnis (Les Miserables, Little Women), Mary Kate Morrissey (Hair, National Tour), Curtis Wiley (Jersey Boys, national tour), Jason "Sweettooth" Williams (Joe Iconis & Family) and Remy Zaken (Spring Awakening).

22@54, on May 22nd, is a late night cabaret comprised of original songs by emerging writers from NYU's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program's class cycle 22, with proceeds benefitting Artists Striving to End Poverty (ASTEP).

Contributing writers include Danny Abosch, Avi Amon, Nikko Benson, Landon Braverman, John Carden, Jason Carlson, Ashley Chapman, Thirza Defoe, Nolan Doran, Jesse Goldman, John Grimmett, Kiran Gupta, Julia Gytri, Benjamin Halstead, Derek P. Hassler, Jiyoung Kim, KiYun Kim, Sujin Kim, Yan Li, Teresa Lotz, Daphny Maman, Collin Martin, Naomi Matlow, Helen Park, Shane Parks, Kendell Pinkney, Jason Purdy, Aden Kent Ramsey, Sarah Rebell, Janine Robledo, Tidtaya Sinotuke, Clare Tran and Patty Weinstein.

22@54 is produced by Sarah Rebell and Landon Braverman. Jen Wineman (F$%king Up Everything) directs, with musical direction by Max Mamon (Marie Christine). According to Producer Rebell, "we believe it is essential to raise awareness of the importance of arts education and to pay it forward. ASTEP is a wonderful organization that does incredible things for impoverished children all over the world; we are thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with ASTEP on this event. "
