On Monday, October 3(rd), Bernie Williams and his All-Star Band will wow the crowd from the Rainbow Room stage. All-time Yankee great, Bernie Williams discovered his love for baseball and music at roughly the same time. Pursuing both, Williams became a four-time World Series Champion and a five-time All Star while also releasing music that reached Billboard's #1 Contemporary Jazz Singles, Billboard's #2 Contemporary Jazz Album. A Latin Grammy nominated guitarist and composer, his CD "Moving Forward" was nominated for Best Instrumental Album. Recently, Williams authored his first book and graduated from the Manhattan School of Music.

"I am truly honored to be kicking off the next series of concerts LIVE! from the Rainbow Room," staTEd Williams. "My band and I are very excited to join a long list of music legends dating back to the 1930s who have performed at this iconic venue. I can't wait to share my music with a great New York City crowd on October 3rd."

Matthew Morrison, who will take the stage on Monday, October 24th, is best known for his starring role on-screen in Fox's Glee, and in Broadway productions Hairspray, South Pacific, Light in the Piazza, and Finding Neverland. In addition to releasing a Broadway standards album, Where It All Began, Morrison has received nominations for Tony, Emmy and two Golden Globe Awards.

"What better way to share a night of music than at one of New York City's most iconic venues," said Morrison. "The history that lives with the Rainbow Room speaks for itself, and I look forward to bringing a feeling of nostalgia to the stage, performing songs I feel are not only timeless, but ones that tell such great stories."

"We are thrilled to be continuing the success of the new LIVE! from the Rainbow Room concert series with an amazing line-up of talent who will offer our guests the opportunity to experience timeless music in a stunningly intimate setting," said Nick Mautone, Managing Director, Rainbow Room. "Since opening in 1934, Rainbow Room has been famous for hosting legendary performers. The LIVE! from the Rainbow Room series is a way for us to celebrate the future while paying homage to Rainbow Room's storied past."

Quintessential New York glamour finds its home 65 stories above Rockefeller Center. Crowning the Manhattan skyline, the iconic Rainbow Room offers a modern twist on classic old-world charm, tailoring special moments for private events, Sunday Brunch and unforgettable evenings of live entertainment. Since its debut in 1934, Rainbow Room has drawn the world's elite to its curated, elevated and glamorous luxury. First operating as a formal supper club, the venue quickly became a New York City entertainment focal point. Rainbow Room's name was inspired by the installation of a color organ that automatically converted music into changing colors in harmony with the moods expressed by the music. To mirror this effect, crystal curtains were added to the newly restored Rainbow Room to create a light shimmering veil at the windows without hindering the view. In 2012, the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission declared Rainbow Rooma New York City Landmark. Rainbow Room is one of very few interior landmarks found in New York City.
