Marcus Bellamy, Kristy Cates and More Set for BROADWAY AFTER DARK, 10/29

On Monday, October 29, 2012 come celebrate Halloween a few days early with "Broadway Sings for Pride: Broadway After Dark" at the legendary Splash in New York City. Splash amps up their usual Musical Mondays line up to benefit Broadway Sings for Pride (www.BwayPride.org). ; The night, starting at 10:30pm, will feature cast members from Broadway's Wicked, Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, The Lion King, Hair and many more. The event is free but Broadway Sings for Pride will be accepting donations throughout the night.

Real Housewives of New York's Sonja Morgan and comedian Adam Sank will host. Performers for this special event include: Erika Amato (Off-Broadway's Signs of Life, Hairspray at the Tuacahn Center for the Arts), Ashley Arcement (Grease on Broadway), Guto Bittencourt (Les Miserables: Original Brazilian Cast), Marcus Bellamy (Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark), Kristy Cates (Broadway's Wicked), Laura D'Andre (Hair National Tour, Grease: First Broadway National Tour), Matt DeAngelis (Hair on Broadway, West End, National Tour), Theresa Fowler and the Bar-Top Bandits, Colby Q. Lindeman (Wicked), Geo Brian Hennings (Broadway's Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark), Kyle Kleiboeker (Hairspray National Tour, RENT), Anthony Lee Medina (Spring Awakening National Tour, The Capeman), Lauren Ordair (Drag Queen Extraordinaire),Chondra L. Profit (Disney's The Lion King), Amber Rees (Hairspray National Tour), Athena Reich (Singer/TV Personality, The Curious Cook), Reymundo Santiago & Company: Reymundo Santiago (Host of HOODRAT Tuesday's!, RENT at Lake Dillon Theatre), Jake Haynie, Samonce Smith, and Jordan Fife Hunt (Paper Mill Playhouse's A Chorus Line), Lauren Zakrin (MTV's "Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for Elle Woods, Wicked, Surf).

Before the show gets rolling, audience members will have a chance to meet and greet the singers. Raffle items for the night will include: tickets to Bring It On: The Musical and Forbidden Broadway; a one-on-one drag make up session with Clive Barnes Award-winner MJ Rodriguez (Angel in New Wold Stages RENT), a one hour private one-on-one personal work out training session with Matthew J. Riordan Trouble: The Musical at the New York Musical Theater Festival), and specialty Broadway items. Broadway After Dark is being produced by Neal B of www.NealB.tv, Henry Ravelo Six Degrees Management and PR president, and Splash.

Broadway Sings For Pride is an exciting non-for-profit charitable organization, which brings together Broadway talent, activists and celebrities to promote LGBT equality through song. Broadway Sings for Pride has raised thousands for the LGBT community including The Hetrick-Martin Institute and The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center of New York City.
