The Meeting* will return to JOE'S PUB at The Public Theater with monthly Sunday shows from February 19 to May 14 for its eighth and final season. The Meeting* has been called "delicious and delightfully droll" by The New York Post and "hilarious and sardonic" by The Village Voice. A story for Slate.com called the evening "so deliciously icy that it left me shivering with fear and delight." The 2014-15 season sold out after a New York Times "Arts & Leisure" story. Justin Sayre, praised for his "deeply passionate soul and acerbic wit" by The New York Times, currently works as a staff writer on the CBS sitcom "2 Broke Girls" and has appeared opposite Lisa Kudrow on HBO's "The Comeback." Justin's first young adult novel, Husky - released by Penguin Books in 2015 - was called "a moving journey of self-discovery and a gratifying coming-of-age story" by Publishers Weekly.
