Honeck-Moss Productions is proud to present "In The Works." This exciting new series was conceived as an opportunity for composers to try out new work in front of an audience and see how it plays in a supportive environment. It is also an opportunity to create community among the composers and their performers.

In The Works will be presented monthly and features three to four composers or composer teams, each presenting about 20 minutes of new material. This month features the works of composers: Marcus Goldhaber, Peter Trevino and Terra Warman. Hosted by Andrew David Sotomayor.

Marcus Goldhaber is a 2016 MAC award nominee for "Best Song," and 2016 Broadwayworld.com & Hot House Magazine nominee for "Best Male Vocalist", Marcus is known for his songwriting and intimate approach to The American Songbook. Jazztimes has labeled Marcus as "Wonderfully imaginative," while Jazziz says he is "exciting and fresh" and All About Jazz simply proclaims, [Marcus is] "like a plate full of comfort food!"

NYC credits include: Carnegie Hall, 54 Below, Blue Note, Iridium, Birdland, Kitano & The Cutting Room. Marcus has performed concerts nationally at The Lied Center (KS), The Smith Center (Las Vegas), The RRazz Room (PA), Milford Arts Council (CT), Century Village (FL), and World Café Live (PA) along with residencies at NYC's Renaissance Hotel, Benjamin Hotel and The Night Hotel.

Marcus also co-starred in the recent off-broadway hit, "The Wonderful Wizard of Song" (music of Harold Arlen) and was a featured singer in Will Friedwald's 2015 "Sinatra-thon." His 4 CD's (Fallen Apple Records) have all received noteworthy press from the top Jazz trades, including a 4-star review from PEOPLE Magazine saying, "Goldhaber will have you giddy one moment, melancholy the next and loving every note." Marcus has also been featured by Jonathan Schwartz on WNYC and Sirius XM saying, "Goldhaber is excellent...[he's] filled with ideas!" marcusgoldhaber.com.

A proud supporter of our veterans and active duty service members, Marcus has written a special collection of original patriotic songs aimed at strengthening the relationship between civilians and military veterans. Visit CarryYouOn.com for tour info and learn how you can help #bridgethegap!

Peter Trevino is a prolific producer, composer, and longtime songwriter who has cemented his reputation as a rising piano troubadour by headlining clubs and festivals in New York and Los Angeles, collaborating with renowned musicians such as drummer Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers), keyboardist Rami Jaffee (The Foo Fighters, The Wallflowers), bass player Rodney Grant (American Pearl), and vocalist Steve Perry (Journey). His timeless hooks are rooted in a sincere emotional core, his songs poetically exploring the universal themes of love and longing, as is evident on his debut solo album FREEDOM, which earned him a spot in the Top 100 on ReverbNation's Pop Charts. With melodies rooted in the 1970s, Trevino simultaneously evokes Steely Dan, Supertramp, Billy Joel and The Beach Boys, yet his sound is clearly that of a singer-songwriter in this new millennium. Trevino's music can be heard in film and television projects, including the feature "Orson's Last Dance" and the TV series "The Capones" and "Homegrown Makeover". ASCAP Member (petertrevino.com)

Terra Warman started writing music because there weren't enough love songs for anime characters she thought should be together. Raised with a healthy apprectiation for both Roger's and Hammerstein and Iron Maiden, rock opera was the obvious end game for this Cincinnati native. After a stint writing for local record lable Soundlink Studios, she moved to New York to study Musical Theater. She now fronts the band Terra and the Dactyls. Terra is the composer of Havoc! A Song Cycle for Six Women who Give a Fuck, a selection of which is being produced by the 4th U Artivists for their spring charity show.

Andrew David Sotomayor as a Composer/Lyricist, his works include providing music and lyrics for the original musicals 50 Shades of F****d Up, Committed, Third Party Ruling, Sarah Crewe, The Guardians, and Requiem for Adrian Bayle, and music for The Circus Animals. He has also provided scores for Bent, and the films Cuba 1961: A Love Story, Timeless, and BX3M. His music has been featured in the concerts #YesAllWomen Raise Your Voice, Broadway's Future Songbook Series, MAC presents They Write the Songs and most recently Musematch 8: Achromatic. Also a composer of sacred music, his Mass Of Fellowship is performed every week at St. Joseph's in Greenwich Village during the Contemporary Masses where he also sings and accompanies. He is the proud recipient of a 2014 MAC Award for his original song The Right Time.
