54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Lane Bradbury in Lane Bradbury: Let Me Entertain You, Again on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 7:00pm. Lane Bradbury created the role of 'Dainty June' in the original Broadway production of GYPSY starring Ethel Merman, and this show is a highly personal tour of how she went from being an Atlanta Debutante to performer on the "The Great White Way" during the Golden Age of Broadway. Songs include "Gee, But It's Good To Be Here," Corner Of The Sky," and "Another Hundred People," among others, as well as four songs from GYPSY: "Broadway," "Everything's Coming Up Roses," "If Momma Was Married," and, of course, "Let Me Entertain You."
Lane Bradbury: Let Me Entertain You, Again is being directed by Elkin Antoniou. The daughter of Ms. Bradbury and acclaimed actor/director, Lou Antonio, Elkin is making her directorial debut. Other musical theatre credits include performing in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, GYPSY (starring Bette Midler) & FAME THE MUSICAL. The Musical Director is Joe Goodrich, a singer, voice teacher, pianist and composer. He is also the Musical Director for SONDHEIM UNPLUGGED at 54 Below. The show was written by Dramatist Guild member Doug DeVita, whose play THE FIERCE URGENCY OF NOW was recently given a run in Seattle, Washington, and a reading here in New York at Abingdon Theatre Company.

LANE BRADBURY made her Broadway debut in Archibald MacLeish's JB, directed by Elia Kazan. She left the cast of JB to play Dainty June in the original production of GYPSY. She also created the role of Charlotte Goodall in Tennessee William's THE NIGHT OF THE IGUANA on Broadway, and appeared in June Havoc's autobiographical play MARATHON '33 as The Mick. Moving to Los Angeles, she subsequently appeared in the films "Hawaii," "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore" (as Harvey Keitel's battered wife, Rita), and the TV movie "Maybe I'll Come Home In The Spring," and on many, many television series, including "The Partridge Family," "The Streets of San Francisco," and as Merrie Florine on several episodes of "Gunsmoke." Most recently she founded Valkyrie Theatre of Dance, Drama and Film, with which she teaches works with at risk youth in the Los Angeles area.
