GLEE's Alex Newell Joins Broadway Line-Up In "Joey Contreras In Concert" Thursday July 16, 2015 at The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center.
Contreras, an award winning and iTunes Pop Charting songwriter, brings his brand of musical pop to NYMF in 2015. Inspired by the spectacle of award show performances, this one night only concert will present Joey's catchy and emotionally charged music in a way its never been heard before. The evening will also feature a host of special guests including Broadway's Ben Fankhauser, Zak Resnick, Adam Kaplan, Kerri George, Krystina Alabado, Diana Huey, Spencer Kiely, Brad Greer, Tatiana Lofton and Jules Braverman. Audiences will surely not want to miss out on experiencing this exciting new voice on the scene.
The 8:00pm concert is presented by Fuzzrocket (http://fuzzrocket.com), produced by Bryan Campione (Broadway Buzz, LLC) and directed by Brandon Ivie. Additional team members include: Production Manager: C.J. Mellides, Production Assistants : Madeline O'Hara and John Dippel. Bourbon Street Bar and Grille hosts the after-party that evening.
