Singer Frank Shiner returns for an encore performance to 54 Below on Saturday, November 29th at 9:30pm. Earlier this summer, Shiner sold-out the illustrious cabaret. Wrapping up the year in style, 2014 saw Shiner win 3 LA Music Critic Awards including Best CD by a Male Artist with his debut album, The Real Me.
He has been featured on NPR, NBC's PA Live,
The Journal News, The Times Leader, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and a host of radio stations across the country. His first single, a cover of
