Egan, Oscar et al. Set for Tribute to George Puello, 6/13

Westchester's John Treacy Egan, from the cast of Broadway's Sister Act, and Brad Oscar, Tony nominee for The Producers and currently in The Addams Family, will host an evening of song and tribute to honor Westchester theatrical director and composer George Puello.
 
The celebration will feature performances from Westchester resident and Tony Award winner Bill Irwin (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?), Westchester resident and daytime television star Robert Newman ("The Guiding Light. Rob Evan (Rocktopia, Tarzan, Jekyll & Hyde), Glory Crampton (Death Takes a Holiday), Patty Goble (Curtains, Ragtime, Kiss Me Kate), Robi Hager ( Spring Awakening, Bye Bye Birdie) and Doreen Montalvo(In The Heights) have added their talents to this evening.

A longtime resident of Westchester and veteran director of hundreds of productions, Mr. Puello suffered a stroke in October of last year and is recuperating in Peekskill. He is a supporter of The Lord's Pantry charity and organizer of The Cab Calloway Awards.

The performance will take place on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 7:00p.m. at the Archbishop Stepinac High School Theater, Mamaroneck Ave. White Plains, NY.

Ticket prices range from $75 for Premium Reserved Seating, $50 General Admission, and $30 Student- General Admission.

The evening is being produced by Dick Nagle & Tom Kramer and sponsored by "Friends of George.
