54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, will present Drew Gasparini and friends in "From Here & There: The Music & Lyrics of Drew Gasparini" Volume 3 tonight, May 3rd at 11pm.

After his debut concert at 54 Below sold out in record time, Drew Gasparini has quickly become a club regular (you can't deny the people what they want: more Drew!). True to form, the set list for May will showcase material from all over Drew's catalog... some songs from here... some songs from there... including a collection of brand new work. You'll laugh, you'll cry, we'll all get tipsy and have a party. It will be an evening of entertainment delivered as only this talented goofball can.

Overheard following Volume 2 of "From Here & There" (that's correct, this excited fan wrote a haiku): "I once dreamt of Drew / He sang to me in my dreams / Now I need new sheets." And from Drew's long-time supporter (and mother), Kele Gasparini: "Wait, they invited you back?"

The evening will feature performances by Lolo (Spring Awakening), Julia Mattison (Godspell), Jason Gotay (Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark), Ben Crawford (Big Fish), Rozi Baker (Bonnie & Clyde), Brandon J. Ellis (Once), Molly Hager (Heathers), Gilbert L. Bailey II (The Book of Mormon), Preston Sadleir (Next to Normal), Monet Julia Sabel, Emily Kay Shrader, Carolyn Miller, Peter Klein, Natalie Ortega, Justin Luciano, and of course, Drew's fellow (M)orons: Alex Brightman (Big Fish), Andrew Kober (Les Miserables), and F. Michael Haynie (Wicked), accompanied by Drew, Charlie Rosen, Adrien Godat, and Marques Walls. The concert is produced by Erica Rotstein.

Drew Gasparini and friends in "From Here & There: The Music & Lyrics of Drew Gasparini" plays 54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on May 3, 2014 at 11pm. There is a $35 cover charge and $25 food and beverage minimum. Tickets and information are available at www.54Below.com. Drew Gasparini is an award-winning musical theatre composer/lyricist and a performing singer/songwriter. Winner of the 2006 John Lennon Songwriter's award, he has shared the stage with such acts as Jason Mraz, Third Eye Blind, and The Plain White T's. His musical Make Me Bad (book by Alex Brightman) will have a premiere production at Balagan Theatre in Seattle in January 2015. Drew has also written the music and lyrics for Crazy, Just Like Me (winner of "Best Of Fest" and runner up for "Best Book" in the 2011 New York Musical Theatre Festival), Turn Of The Screw (commissioned by Fordham University, 2012 workshop at Lincoln Center; book by Michael Kimmel), and #UntitledPopMusical (book by Michael Kimmel), to name a few.

Drew was a contributing composer to the television series SMASH (Season 2) on NBC. He was also seen and heard on Oxygen's The Next Big Thing, for which he wrote original music. Drew was named one of Playbill's "Contemporary Musical Theatre Songwriters You Should Know" and has contributed songs to the popular one-woman, Off-Broadway show, Hot Mess In Manhattan. His work has been heard at Contemporary Classics New Voices in Seattle, Cutting-Edge Composers III (NYMF 2012), and many sold out Joe's Pubs concerts.

The Music & Lyrics of Drew Gasparini was presented at the Kennedy Center in June 2012. And Drew's musical theatre album "I Could Use A Drink: The Songs Of Drew Gasparini", featuring the vocals of some of Broadway's biggest names, was released with Broadway Records in 2013 and spent five weeks on the top 100 iTunes charts. Drew is an alum of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre workshop. His sheet music is available at www.NewMusicalTheatre.com.
