Harpers wit is dually matched with a chilling vocal, showcased superbly with an electric score lead by musical director Darnell White. A New Hampshire native, Darius attended AMDA NYC before traveling to Tokyo to work for the Disney Company. Credits include The Book of Mormon (Chicago), After Midnight (dir. Warren Carlyle) and Kinky Boots (1st National Tour) where he starred as Lola. Most recently Darius originated a role in Cirque du Soleil' VOLTA. With a passion for bringing visibility to artists of color and LGBTIQA+ performers Darius started up his collective OURspace "a safer space for artists to create and exist in" This show is for all of the dreamers out there.
More About Darnell: Darnell White attended the LaGuardia HS of music and art in NYC. He has worked as a singer, pianist and Md for artist like Brian McKnight, Angie Stone, Dionne Warwick, Angie Stone, Melba Moore, Aisha de Haas and many others. He is the chorale director for Trilogy Opera company in Newark NJ and a music Director for a Baptist church in the BX. He most recently was the MD and orchestrator for the off Broadway show Revelation the musical at The Players Theatre in New York's west village.
