The Broadway at Birdland concert series has announced that Tony-winning actress/singer Daisy Eagan will be bringing her concert, "Daisy Eagan: F@¢k Off. I Love You" to the stage on Monday, November 12 at 7pm. Fans and friends will be excited to know that Daisy is making a very special, life-changing announcement at this event.

When Daisy Eagan was 11 years old she won a Tony Award for her work in The Secret Garden, making her the youngest woman to ever win that prize. Twenty years later, she decided to become an actor. "Daisy Eagan: F@¢k Off. I Love You" is her new show about surviving triumph and tragedy, and finally finding her place in an industry (and a world) that's both richly rewarding and brutally punishing. It is a show filled with music, humor, heart, and her extremely unique way of looking at things.

Daisy is the youngest female ever to win a Tony Award for her performance as Mary Lennox in The Secret Garden, for which she also received Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations. Most recently she opened the first national tour of Love, Loss and What I Wore. She has performed in countless stage productions, including Les Misérables and James Joyce's The Dead on Broadway, as well as world premiere productions of Be Aggressive (La Jolla Playhouse, Garland Award Honorable Mention) and Christopher Shinn's On the Mountain (South Coast Rep). Daisy won a 2006 LA Weekly Award for her performance as Sally in the Blank Theatre Company's production of Michael John LaChiusa's The Wild Party. She has appeared in several films and television shows, including Losing Isaiah, Ripe, The Mentalist, Numb3rs, Without a Trace, The Unit, and Ghost Whisperer. Her one woman show Still Daisy After All These Years has had sold out runs in Los Angeles and New York.

Ms. Eagan became a published writer with her short story "Red, White and Grey" which appeared in the premier issue of Splinter Generation (www.splintergeneration.com) and has written for LAist.com and Antiochracy, an independent magazine.
