Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Cortney Wolfson, Dan DeLuca, and more in YANDURA & MELOCIK: THE REVOLUTION WILL BE EXPOSITORY as part of the New Writers at 54 summer series on August 28th, 2017 at 9:30pm.

Jacob Yandura & Rebekah Greer Melocik return to Feinstein's/54 Below in a retrospective of their seven years writing together. An all-star cast will perform brand new songs alongside old favorites, as well as give a sneak peak at their newest musical, The Coup, or You and Me, and the Piano, that was recently developed at Ars Nova's UNCHARTED residency.

This one-night-only concert will star Dan DeLuca (Newsies), Cortney Wolfson (Kinky Boots, Romy and Michele's High School Reunion), Charity Angél Dawson (Waitress, Side Show), Donald Webber, Jr. (Hamilton, Motown The Musical), Bonnie Milligan (Kinky Boots, Gigantic), Celeste Rose (The Bad Years), Danny Harris Kornfeld (RENT 20th Anniversary Tour),and Tori Scott (Making America Gay Again! at Joe's Pub).

Rounding out the cast is a powerhouse ensemble comprised of students and recent graduates from the leading Musical Theatre programs across the country including Taylor Aucott (Elon University), Sojourner Brown (New York University), Alec Cohen (University of Cincinnati - College-Conservatory of Music), Jessie Davidson (Penn State University), Abigail Gjurich (Syracuse University), Emma Lord (Pace University), DePriest Myers (University of Michigan), and Nathan Salstone (Carnegie Mellon University).

In every song they write, Jacob Yandura & Rebekah Greer Melocik excavate The Shadows of the human heart, combining wickedly dark humor with heart-breaking sincerity. With a diverse and wide-ranging songbook, Yandura & Melocik will take you from a pigeon hunt in suburban America (Wringer) to the 1930s rural South (The Last Queen of Canaan) to a populist coup d'etat in a post-apocalyptic future (The Coup, or You and Me, and the Piano). After just one evening with Jacob and Rebekah, you will fall in love with them and their funny and enchanting songs.

The evening is Produced by Ben Holtzman and Sammy Lopez, Directed by Jenny Leon, with Musical Direction and Arrangements by Matt Gallagher, and an additional Vocal Arrangement by Ross Baum. New Writers At 54! is a summer series at Feinstein's/54 Below showcasing exciting work by today's hottest emerging voices, curated by Creative and Programming Director Jennifer Ashley Tepper.
