Alina Gutiérrez and Ashley Mas are pleased to announce that Cait Doyle will host Composers Sing Composers featuring Gaby Alter, Joey Contreras, Drew Gasparini, Jonathan Reid Gealt, Adam Gwon, Brian Lowdermilk, Ryan Scott Oliver and Zoe Sarnak, a one-night-only concert event taking place Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 7pm.

Cait Doyle received the 2009 Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs (MAC) Award for Hot Mess in Manhattan, her monthly show at The Duplex, directed by Jonathan Whitton. She recently made her Lincoln Center debut in John Znidarsic's Songbook Series. Other credits include Underwear: A Space Musical (FringeNYC 2008), The Last 5 Years (San Francisco premiere), Wizard of Oz (Syracuse Stage), john & jen (New Hampshire premiere), and All Men are Asses, All Women are Crazy (world premiere, Manhattan Rep Theatre).

Many of today's up-and-coming composers/lyricists began their lives in the theater as performers but have since left the stage to focus on creating the music that is shaping the future of musical theater. At Composers Sing Composers, your favorite new musical theater writers will get back into the spotlight to perform their own songs! On April 6th, these eight composers will take the stage together for a night that will make musical theater history. Come out to support your favorite composers for this exciting event that will break all kinds of boundaries between writer, performer, and audience. The evening will also feature Sharon Kenny on piano and Emily Brausa on cello, and will be directed
by Samantha Saltzman.
