Opened in September 2006 in Manhattan's booming Meatpacking District, Comix has quickly defined itself as the premier Comedy Club in New York City. The Daily Show with Jon Stewart's Emmy winning producer Rory Albanese, gathers Friends, Acquaintances and Colleagues to present their work at Comix. Past performers include John Oliver, Wyatt Cenac, Rob Riggle, Larry Wilmore and other talented guests. The best news is: with a new line-up each time, there is something to please everyone. Rory, a key part of The Daily Show for over eight years, is also an accomplished stand-up comedian. You can catch his recently filmed Comedy Central Presents on TVs everywhere!

TOM SHILLUE'S "TELL: WORLDS COLLIDE"

Tom Shillue is a storyteller that is largely responsible for making storytelling shows hip in New York City. He's been on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, had his own Comedy Central Presents, and has wowed audiences with his one man show "Supernormal", and on June 3rd, he returns to Comix with another edition of Tell: Worlds Collide. On this show, Tom invites performers from different genres, like improv, sketch, standup comedy, and storytelling, and has them tell the best stories they have. Instead of your usual comedy show, where performers make up fake situations and do impressions, come to a show where the performers show you a bit of themselves while cracking you up. Past shows have featured Michael Showalter and Aasif Mandvi, check out SNL's Jessi Klein and more at this month's show!

LYNN KOPLITZ AND THE BAD ASS DOLLS

Lynne Koplitz (Comedy Central Presents, co-star of the upcoming "Mother Knows Best" with Joan Rivers) brings her one of a kind all-female comedy show, "The Bad Ass Dolls of Comedy" back to Comix!
Once a month, Lynne and several of her funniest female friends will bring their talents to our stage. Each "Doll" has her own filtered view on life - be it Naive, Over the Top, Southern Belle, or just plain old "Don't Mess with Me" - these girls aim to entertain. Debut show Special Guest: Diane Neal from Law and Order:SVU, 30 Rock and White Collar!

ANDY KINDLER AND EUGENE MIRMAN

They traveled the country together in 2008 as two-thirds of the Stand Uppity tour, and now they're ours- it's Andy Kindler and Eugene Mirman! These alt comedy legends are two of the most respected and side-splitting comedians around, and we are proud to have them for a whole weekend.
Eugene Mirman is constantly performing live when he's not on your television. He had a recurring role on HBO's Flight of the Conchords and has appeared on Comedy Central with his own half hour special. Andy Kindler is known in comedy circles as a trouble maker. He is a frequent guest and correspondent for The Late Show with David Letterman, as well as Late Night with Conan O'Brien. He is also known for his annual "State of the Industry" address at the Just for Laughs festival in Montreal, and often recognized for playing the life affirming character "Andy" on the Everybody Loves Raymond.
