Christina Bianco Joins Marti Gould Cummings For UnTucked and UnCensored

Drama Desk nominated actress Christina Bianco will join nightlife host Marti Gould Cummings for the Easter edition of UnTucked and UnCensored at Vig27.

This weekly musical revue has feature some of broadway top talent including Matt Doyle, Tracy McDowell, Nikki Snelson, Ben Cameron, just to name a few.

Vig27 host this free event every Sunday night at 9pm.

Vig27 is located at 27th Street and Park Avenue.

Christina recently stared Off-Broadway in Forbidden Broadway; Goes To Rehab and received a Drama Desk nomination for Best Featured Actress In A Musical, for her work in the production. She can also be heard on the original cast recording.

Christina has performed professionally since the age of 8, beginning with Raffi On Broadway, a concert at the Gershwin Theatre, starring children's singer Raffi. Since then, she has moved on to back up the likes of R&B star Deborah Cox and has performed at Radio City Music Hall, on The Today Show, The Jerry Lewis Telethon and star studded red carpet events at The Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.

She originated the role of Dora in the long-running national tour of Dora The Explorer Live, performing for families all over the country including an unprecedented sold-out run at Radio City Music Hall.

Classically trained at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Christina has performed in over 40 theatrical productions across the country. A proud member of The Actors Equity Association, other professional/NY credits include - Off Broadway: It Must Be Him (Standby), Forbidden Broadway Dances With The Stars, Tony and Tina's Wedding (Tina). Regional: RENT (Maureen-The Weston Playhouse) Lippa's The Wild Party (Kate), Pirates of Penzance (Mabel), Evita (Westchester Broadway Theatre), Jesus Christ Superstar (Helen Hayes PAC). A New Brain (Nancy D/Waitress) Finding Nemo (Nemo-NYC workshop), Beehive, (Riverside Theatre), Into The Woods (Little Red), Candide (Cunegonde), Children Of Eden (Yonah), Joseph...(Narrator).

Christina works as a voice over artist and can be heard singing lead vocals on many Stage-Star Records instructional albums including Beauty & the Beast (Belle), Les Miserables (Eponine), Into The Woods (Cinderella), Oklahoma (Ado Annie) and The Little Mermaid (Ariel).

An active cabaret artist, Christina received a 2009 MAC Award nomination for her solo cabaret debut, Small Wonders. Christina frequently performs as a soloist with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. She also can be seen performing to sell-out crowds with the ‘New Orleans funk' style band, Brother Joscephus and is a lead female vocalist for the band Celebration with Jason-Craig Entertainment.
