International theater and concert headliner ISAAC SUTTON will welcome Broadway Star Carrie St. Louis (Kinky Boots, Wicked and Rock of Ages) as a very special guest at Northshore Tower Theater in NYC on May 6.
Performed in English and Hebrew, his show "Tonight A Musical!" - a celebration of Broadway - features beloved hits from Phantom of The Opera, Cabaret, Fiddler on the Roof, Cats, Yentl, My Fair Lady ,The Sound of Music, Wicked, Annie Get Your Gun and many more.
Sutton, the receipt of several major awards in his native Israel, will be joined by Musical Director Dan Pardo on piano, Greg Orlando on double bass and Zachary Eldridge on drums.
ISAAC SUTTON, of the leading male vocalists introducing Israeli audiences to the Great American Songbook, performs regularly at Israel's National Theaters and the region's top Symphony Orchestras. After successful shows in Europe, Canada, Brazil and across Israel - including The Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Habima National Theater, The Cameri Theater Tel Aviv, Gesher Theater Jaffa - Sutton recently performed a duet with Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth at The Mayo Performing Arts Center. He is the recipient of honors from the Ladino International Festival, accompanied by the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, and the Israel's Musical Festival.
Sutton's most recent theater credits in Israel include the lead role of Bobby in Stephen Sondheim's Company, Jason Robert Brown's Parade at The Jerusalem Festival, the French musical Romeo & Juliette, The Mikado, 1776 and more. Over the last decade, Sutton has performed solo shows such as "Las Vegas-Tel Aviv," "Broadway & All That Jazz," "Tonight A Musical" and "Shalom Hollywood."
Isaac Sutton performed with Carrie St. Louis for the first time at a sold out show at Feinstein's/ 54 below in NYC last October, followed by a concert tour in March 2018 under the title of "Broadway Israel", a tour which received rave reviews.
Sutton started singing live at the age of 21, while serving in the Israeli Army. He was asked to be the MC and singer at Yitzhak Rabin's memorial services. He is an MBA graduate with honors from Tel Aviv University. Sutton got his musical theatre training at Circle in the Square and Manhattan School of Music.
Carrie St. Louis , who most recently joined the cast of Kinky Boots on Broadway, played Sherrie in the original company of Rock of Ages at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, where she won the Broadway World Las Vegas Award for "Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical." Rock of Ages took her to New York, and she made her Broadway debut playing Sherrie at the Helen Hayes Theater. She then went on the road with Wicked, playing Glinda in both the national tour and on Broadway at the Gershwin Theater. She most recently appeared in "Cruel Intentions" At Le Poisson Rouge in NYC. Right out of college, her cabaret in Los Angeles, "Here I Go Again" garnered her a Broadway World nomination for "Best Female Cabaret Artist of 2012." Her current solo show, "Something Good" has been playing to sell-out crowds at Feinstein's/54 Below in New York and the Rockwell in LA. She graduated from USC's Thornton School of Music five years ago.
