FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Carole J Bufford in You Don't Own Me: The Fearless Females of 1960s on April 4, May 6, June 12, and July 6. With music made famous by Janis Joplin, Dusty Springfield, Tina Turner, Carole King, Lesley Gore and more, Carole J. Bufford debuts her newest show which celebrates the songstresses of the 1960s. Putting her own inimitable spin on these classics, Carole will delve into and celebrate a time of great change and transition in America and across the pond. The musical and cultural landscape was never the same after these bold and daring women planted their flags and ensured their voices were heard.

Joining Carole will be Ian Herman (Musical Director, Piano), Peter Calo (Guitar), Tom Hubbard (Bass), and Howie Gordon (Drums).

You Don't Own Me: The Fearless Females of 1960s plays Feinstein's/54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on April 4 at 9:30 pm, May 6 at 9:30 pm, June 12 at 9:30 pm, and July 6 at 7:00 pm.
