Broadway's Future Songbook Series - presented by Arts and Artists at St. Paul - continues on Monday, April 28th in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.

Produced by Erica Ruff, hosted by John Znidarsic, and directed by Adam Jackman, the evening spotlights the songs of composer/lyricist - Katie Thompson. Show time is 6 PM and Admission is FREE.

Katie Thompson (composer/lyricist) Katie has penned three albums: "What I've Done Right," "KT LIVE," and "Private Page." She has also written two musicals: R.R.R.E.D. A Secret Musical (The Grove in LA, and NYMF in NYC), and her current creation Haunted with Sara Montgomery writing the book (A Weekend at an English Country Estate). Katie's music has been featured on "So You Think You Can Dance" in America, Canada, and Britain. As an actress, she played the role Vashti in Michael John LaChiusa's Giant at The Public Theater, the Witch in Big Fish at the Oriental Theater in Chicago, and is featured on many new composer albums including: "Dreaming Wide Awake" by Scott Alan, "Here for You" by Jonathan Reid Gealt, and "Our First Mistake" by Kerrigan & Lowdermilk. This year Katie has worked in readings and workshops including String by Adam Gwon for the Weston Theater in Vermont, Location, Location, Location for terraNOVA at ACT by Sukari Jones, Everleigh with music by Storm Large, and is currently working on the 29-hour reading of Waitress with music by Sara Barilles.

Performers Include: Alex Brightman, Matt Doyle, Molly Hager, Brian Terrell Clark, Bonnie Milligan, Sam Tadaldi, Marty Thomas and Mariand Torres.

The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts' Bruno Walter Auditorium is located at 111 Amsterdam Avenue and 65th Street.
