Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City.

Mary Testa and Michael Starobin

Mary Testa returns to Feinstein's/54 Below for a soulful, powerful evening of songs and stories. A Tony nominee for On The Town and 42nd Street, Mary has appeared in the Broadway productions of Wicked, Guys and Dolls, Xanadu, Marie Christine, and countless others. She received a 2012 Special Drama Desk Award for her performance in Michael John LaChiusa's Queen Of The Mist. Mary and Michael Starobin collaborated on their 2014 album Have Faith, a boldly unique and contemporary concept album. Now hear many of the songs from that album live, from Rodgers & Hammerstein to Bill Finn to Leonard Cohen... and beyond.
Michael Starobin is a Tony Award-winning orchestrator and nationally renowned musical director. Since his Drama Desk Award-winning Broadway debut as the orchestrator of Sunday in the Park With George, he has had continued success. He was awarded a Tony for Best Orchestrations for his work on Next To Normal, and his other Broadway credits include If/Then, Annie, Spelling Bee, and Assassins. He was recently the conductor and orchestrator for Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame and orchestrated the songs for Tangled.

Kelli received her first "big break" playing Dorothy in Paper Mill Playhouse's acclaimed production of The Wizard of Oz. Shortly thereafter, Andrew Lloyd Webber himself selected her to play the lead role of the Narrator in the Broadway revival of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Kelli went on to play Eponine in Les Miserables on Broadway, and has performed extensively in regional theatres around the country.

Join us in a celebration of the Paris-based company, Broadway au Carre, which features contemporary American Musical Theater writers each month in France. The evening will include Parisian and Broadway performers singing the work of Burkell and Loesel, Carner and Gregor, Drew Fornarola, Adam Gwon, Leo Hurley, Andy Roninson, and Rosser and Sohne. All of these composers have had French premieres of their work over the past year, thanks to Broadway au Carre! Come join these writers and their guest stars, as well as the pioneers of off-Broadway style theatre in Paris, for the first Broadway au Carre concert at Feinstein's/54 Below!

Jennifer Diamond makes her Feinstein's/54 Below debut with longtime friend Richard Jay-Alexander at the helm. They first worked together on Les Miserables and a number of benefits, and Jay-Alexander found her uniquely talented and versatile enough to put a special spin on a debut act for her, earmarking her arrival into the business, her story as an up-and-coming actress and all the good and bad that goes with it. It will be fun, humorous and heart-breaking with all song choices from Broadway and pop reflective from her own personal story.
Jennifer recently made her Carnegie Hall debut singing with Kristin Chenoweth in "The Evolution of a Soprano!" and performed at Joe's Pub in The Lord & Master:BroadwayWorld.com Sings Andrew Lloyd Webber & Stephen Sondheim, and Everything's Coming Up BroadwayWorld.com: A Jule Styne Tribute. She appeared this summer in the Muny's star-studded production of Into the Woods as Florinda the Stepsister, directed by Gary Griffin, opposite Heather Headley, Rob McClure, Erin Dilly and More. Currently. You can also catch her Off-Broadway in Ruthless! The Musical.
Jennifer had a whirlwind 2013-4 that both started and ended with the amazing Kristin Chenoweth including touring Australia singing at all the major venues including The Sydney Opera House all the way to the Hollywood Bowl. She also performed in a gorgeous production of Les Miserables at The MUNY, playing The Factory Girl. She had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Norm Lewis and Hugh Panaro, in addition to being directed by Richard Jay-Alexander! The year also included filming the third season of the popular webseries Submissions Only, playing Belinda Tattenbaum. Other credits include the Cutting-Edge Composer's concert that was part of the New York Musical Theatre Festival and a benefit concert for the Broadway Dreams Foundation as part of the New York faculty. Jennifer had the pleasure singing "I Will Never Leave You" from Side Show with Eden Espinosa. Jennifer was also seen starring as "Lucy" in the Jekyll & Hyde NYC Concert (opposite Robert Petkoff) under the coaching of Frank Wildhorn. Other credits include Man of La Mancha, Fiddler on the Roof(Barrymore nomination), CATS, Evita, and the national tour of If This Hat Could Talk (starring Melba Moore and Stephanie Mills).
The evening will feature Musical Director Joseph Thalken, Dick Sarpola on Bass and Perry Cavari on Drums.
