Broadway Sessions to Celebrate CCM, 4/10

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

This Thursday, April 10th, Broadway Sessions will feature performances from the 2014 senior musical theater class from University of Cincinnati, College- Conservatory of Music, alongside accomplished CCM alums.

CCM alums scheduled to perform include Alysha Deslorieux (Beautiful, Sister Act), Eric Sciotto (Edwin Drood, Priscilla.., A Chorus Line, Annie Get Your Gun etc.), Kirsten Wyatt (A Christmas Story, Annie, Elf, Shrek, Grease etc.), Daniel Torres (Evita, The Pirate Queen, Beautiful) and Jessica Hendy (Aida, Cats, Amour).

2014 CCM graduates scheduled to perform include Noah Ricketts, Connor Deane, Kimber Sprawl, Jenny Hickman, Katie Wesler, Collin Kessler, Julian Decker, Jordan De Leon, Erica Vlahinos, Catherine Helm and Matthew Hill

"Singing for Shots" Open mic challenge takes place before the 11pm show.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 west 42nd street (corner of 42nd street and 9th avenue). 212-695-6909. Doors open at 10:00, showtime at 11pm $5 drink specials all night. $5 cover includes a donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
