The hit series is back in September with three more stars of Broadway. Created by Joseph Macchia this monthly series features some of the most talented Broadway performers as well as some future Broadway stars. On September 12th at 7:00 PM the series returns to the beautiful Metropolitan Room. Doors open at 6:30 PM Showtime is 7:00 PM. There is a $20 Cover Charge and 2 Beverage Minimum. Each performer does a mini set of 4 songs and then possibly a duet or two. The evening is musical directed by MAC Award winner Nate Buccieri. Performing on Septmeber 12th will be TONY Award nominee Stephanie D'Abruzzo(Avenue Q), Lyle Colby Mackston, Gabe Violet (The Broadway Boys).
Stephanie D'Abruzzo is best known for her Tony and Drama Desk-nominated performance in Avenue Q (for which she also won a Theatre World Award and a Special Outer Critic's Circle Ensemble Award). She has also graced the New York stage in The Mad Show (Mufti), It Must Be Him, Gravid Water at UCB Theatre, Stuffed and Unstrung, Don't Say Another Word, Plaisir D'Amour, Austentatious, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and Other Storybooks, I Love You Because and others, as well as countless benefits and concerts including but not limited to Skitch Henderson's New Faces of 2004 at Carnegie Hall, Sondheim Unplugged and The ATrainPlays. Regional work includes [title of show] at St. Louis Rep and Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical at the Kennedy Center. Her TV credits range from 19 seasons of Sesame Street to the musical episode of Scrubs. A product of Pittsburgh, PA and Northwestern University.
Lyle Colby Mackston: is so excited to be singing at the Metropolitan Room tonight! Lyle just finished swinging Off-Broadway this summer! Gabriel Violet Gabriel grew up in St. Louis, MO and started performing in high school shows at age 14. After high school he attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN for his degree in musical theatre. He left after his first year to join the Broadway cast of Spring Awakening in the role ofOtto. He's since been seen in the award winning NYMF production of Academy, as well as in various concerts as a featured member of The Broadway Boys. A million thanks to amazing friends and family.
