Normal Ave will present its next The Hashtag Series: In Concert event, #WCW (Women Crush Wednesday).

In light of current events, including the recent and powerful #MeToo movement, Normal Ave believes a celebration of women is in order. The #WCW concert will be an electric evening of music featuring an ensemble of all-female, powerhouse voices.

The event will be held on Wed, Dec. 6th at 9:30 PM, and a portion of all proceeds will be donated to Planned Parenthood.

The Hashtag Series: In Concert was originally created as a way to turn every day millennial vernacular inside out. This began as a way bridge the ever-growing gap between the ages, finding ways to get young people involved in the conversations that affect us all. Normal Ave's inaugural concert, #NoFilter, was a sold out success. From the emotionally raw to the celebration of one's self love, the evening covered all avenues of what "No Filter" means.

The event will be directed, accompanied, and conceived all by women. The lineup includes: Alanna Saunders (THE CURSED CHILD, B'way; INTO THE WOODS, National Tour), Keaton Whittaker (A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, SHREK, B'way; The Muny; 5th Ave), Claire Saunders (THE INTERN (film); TAMING OF THE SHREW, Off-B'way), Aneesa Folds (RAGTIME, nat'l tour; The Mac-Hadyn Theatre), Reilly (Cutting Room, 54 Below, Rockwood Stage 2). These extraordinary performers are currently featured on Broadway, in national tours, and at regional theaters across the country.

Other singers to perform include: Brittany Dorazio, Elisabeth Willis, Hattie Marks, Kari Lynn Cotone, Kathryn Francisco, Kirsten Heibert, Maddie Coyle, Mia Pinero, Morgan Assante, , Taylor Pearlstein, and Tori Palin. The night will be directed by Paige Sciarrino and accompanied by Sobina Chi.

#WCW will be presented at The West End Lounge, 955 West End Ave, New York, NY. For tickets, visit NormalAveProductions.com.
