Ann Hampton Callaway is one of the leading champions of the great American Songbook, having made her mark as a singer, pianist, composer, lyricist, arranger, actress, educator, TV host and producer. Voted recently by Broadwayworld.com as "Performer of the Year" Ann is born entertainer. Her unique singing style that blends jazz and traditional pop, making her a mainstay in concert halls, theaters and jazz clubs as well as in the recording studio, on television, and in film. She is best known for Tony-nominated performance in the hit Broadway musical Swing! and for writing and singing the theme song to the hit TV series The Nanny. Callaway is a platinum award winning writer whose songs are featured on seven of Barbra Streisand's recent CD's.

Tierney Sutton Band "The Sting Variations" CD Release Celebration
Known for her original and edgy interpretations of the classic jazz songbook, vocalist Tierney Sutton has been hailed by The New York Times as "a serious jazz artist who takes the whole enterprise to another level." The recipient of numerous honors, including a recent Jazz Times Magazine cover story, Ms. Sutton has been a frequent performer at prestigious venues including Birdland and Carnegie Hall and has been featured in popular films and commercials. For over fifteen years, The Tierney Sutton Band has included pianist Christian Jacob, bassists Trey Henry and Kevin Axt and drummer Ray Brinker. The band's new CD, "The Sting Variations," puts a twist on songs by the rock icon.

Multifaceted American jazz pianist and composer, Emmet Cohen, has emerged as one of his generation's pivotal figures in music and the related arts. The very special one-night-only event will take place on the stage of the historic music room on Monday, November 14. Tobias Meinhart Natural Perception CD Release Celebration
Natural Perception is Tobias Meinhart's debut album for ENJA Records. After spending five years living and playing in New York City, the saxophonist has compiled a series of original compositions that he feels represent his personal exploration of the spiritual power of music. The concept of the album was heavily inspired by Alejandro Jodorowski's book, The Spiritual Journey, and especially the mental and emotional state that Jodorowski describes as "Empty mind, full heart." To make a performance of such proportions possible, Tobias put together a band with whom he feels completely free, and thus capable of reaching a level of playing that is transcendent.
