Beth Malone Adds Second Joe's Pub Performance

Beth Malone, Best Actress Tony nominee and star of the 2015 Tony winning best musical Fun Home, has sold out the house less than 24-hours after the announcement that she will be returning to Joe's Pub for one night only on Monday, August 31st at 7:30 PM, with her one woman show Beth Malone: So Far. Due to popular demand, Malone has added a second performance that evening at 9:30 PM. Tickets are on sale now, and range from $15 to $25 and can be purchased at www.joespub.publictheater.org. There is a $12 food/drink minimum.

Follow this adorably insane little lesbian as she takes you on a journey from Castle Rock, Colorado to the South Pacific. From little girl crushes to grown-woman heartbreak. Join us for comedy, tragedy and a crush on Connie Chung.

Joe's Pub is located within The Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Street in Manhattan.

Beth Malone currently stars as Alison in the 2015 Tony winning best musical Fun Home. She has been part of Fun Home through most of its formative stages, including the Sundance Theatre Lab and the critically acclaimed run at The Public Theater. Beth spent much of last year at The Denver Center, starring as Molly Brown in the world premiere of a wholly reimagined version of The Unsinkable Molly Brown, directed by Kathleen Marshall. Other original Broadway and Off-Broadway credits include June Carter Cash in Ring of Fire, Betty Jean in The Marvelous Wonderettes, and Alison in Bingo!. Regional theatre appearances include 9 to 5, The Break Up Notebook, Annie Get Your Gun, LES MISERABLES, and the world premiere of Sister Act. Beth holds an MFA from UC Irvine.

Beth Malone: So Far is produced by LezCab, a non-profit theatre company devoted to creating an accurate and meaningful representation of queer women in order to foster equality and community.
