Bending Threads will present Seasons of Change: A Cabaret Show on Friday, November 20th at the Duple.  It will be the company's third new production.  The doors open at 6:30pm, with a 7:00pm performance.

Life's most precious moments are lived and cherished in cool breezes, storms, snow and eventually sunshine. Bending Threads explores their personal reflections through poetry, jazz-soul, pop, musical theatre, and live up beat percussion. This hour-long show includes selections ranging from composers like Stephen Sondheim to John Mayer. Seasons of Change is presented with a special Encore featuring Frank Holmes (Urinetown, National Tour).

The performance will feature Patrice Bell, Kareen Foster, Westley Todd Holiday, & Rejinald Woods.

Admission is $8 with RSVP 212 255 5438, $10 at the door with a 2 Drink minimum.  The Duplex cabaret space is located in the West Village, 61 Christopher Street, on the second floor.

Bending Threads is an innovative Cabaret collaborative that seeks to entertain, educate, and cultivate an active Theatrical audience. A Quartet of Four African American theater artists come together for "one-night only" shows to perform a myriad of songs through different perspectives. By using traditional African-American literature and exploring a diverse range of music, the originators of Bending Threads seeks to create a new vision for Cabaret and Broadway.

Bending Threads had its premier successful performances We Wear the Mask earlier this year. With a demand for a second show, The quartet of singers Rejinald Woods, Westley Todd Holiday, Kareen Foster and Patrice Bell, have come together to produce a whole new show with more twists! And will be accompanied by Tyrone Davis.
