Manhattan's cabaret diva Baby Jane Dexter brings her new show, All About Love! to Metropolitan Room at Gotham for 12 shows running Wednesday, November 18 though December 19.

Tackling the quixotic aspects of love, from woulda, coulda, shoulda and a few mountains in between, Baby Jane Dexter's brand new show dives full force into that which is real - and that which is fantasy. Long a beloved mainstay on the night club scene from Reno Sweeney to Carnegie Hall to her comeback at Eighty Eight's and her sold out runs at Metropolitan Room at Gotham, Ms. Dexter is always a force to be reckoned with. This new show is no exception. The multi-award winning diva leaves no stone unturned as she delves into matters of the heart. In doing so, she will sing from The catalogues of a potpourri of great songwriters including Duke Ellington, Carole King, Stephen Sondheim, John Lennon and Paul McCartney.

Working again with her longtime arranger/musical director and Back Stage Bistro Award winner Ross Patterson and with Emmy winner Elissa Patterson as consultant/director.  For more information on Baby Jane Dexter, visit www.babyjanedexter.com.

The shows will run November 20 - 21, November 27 - 28, December 4 - 5, December 11 - 12, and December 18 - 19 at Metropolitan Room at Gotham (34 West 22nd Street between 5th & 6th Avenues).  All shows begin at 7:30. There will be a $25 music charge and a 2 drink minimum. For reservations call (212) 206 0440. For more information visit www.metropolitanroom.com.
