Angelica Page to Bring IN THE FLESH to the Met Room, 10/27

Broadway actress/Producer/Director Angelica Page, now back home in New York after working & travelling on the West coast this past year, will perform live at her In The Flesh - "An Affair with Angelica Page and Special Guests" -theatrical/musical event, in conjunction with the Musical Momentum benefit concert series, at the Metropolitan Room - 34 W 22nd Street, New York, NY 10010 - on Sunday, October 27th at 9:30pm.

In The Flesh will be hosted by Musical Momentum's Jason Morris, and will benefit breast cancer research, through theSusan G. Koman for the Cure Foundation. The event will mark Musical Momentum's fourth concert event in Manhattan. Helming the music for the event will be six-time MAC Award and Bistro Award winning Music Director Tracy Stark.

In the Flesh, written and performed by the series co-producer, Angelica Page (The Best Man, August: Osage County), is a fresh, funny, sexy evening, being Ms. Page's first time on a NYC stage in a year. She recounts her recent journey West to a Zen Buddhist Monastery narrowly escaping with a detour through Hollywood before fleeing back to her beloved home town of New York City. Also featured in the show will be series co-producer and cabaret performer Jason Morris and Ms. Page's collaborator Paul Loxa, as well as Richard Stein.

Angelica Page is also doing a special one-night performance of excerpts from her self-written one-woman show,Turning Page, being billed as "Turning Page: Abridged", at Dixon Place - 161A Chrystie Street, (between Rivington and Delancey) on Friday November 1st at 7:30pm, with a $10 suggested donation. Turning Page, based on life with her mother, the legendary actress and Actors Studio member Geraldine Page, is being developed at The Actors Studio in New York City, where Angelica is also a lifetime board member.
