Andrew Chappelle, Samantha Massell, Julie Benko and More Set for DIVIDED in Concert at Feinstein's/54 Below

Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Andrew Chappelle, Samantha Massell, Julie Benko, Bart Shatto, L. Steven Taylor and more in DIVIDED, a new musical by Kristen and Luanne Rosenfeld directed by Paul Stancato.

It is an epic tale of young love and old prejudice set during the tenuous peace following the Civil War. From the rousing "Clash of the Spears" to the soulful "Layin' with the Master" and toe-tapping "As Irish As" the score tells the story of a nation divided.

Joining the cast will be the vocal talents of Andrew Chappelle (Hamilton, Mamma Mia); Samantha Massell (Fiddler on the Roof, La Boheme); Julie Benko (Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables); L. Steven Taylor (The Lion King); Bart Shatto (Les Miserables, Hands on a Hardbody) and more to be announced.

As a mother-daughter writing team, Kristen and Luanne bring a unique voice to the theatre which speaks to all generations. Kristen Lee Rosenfeld is a well-known NYC composer and music director whose work has been seen at venues such as Joe's Pub, The Beechman; The Triad, The Metropolitan Room, and Feinstein's/54 Below. Luanne Rosenfeld (book and lyrics) is a Seattle based playwright and lyricist (Equal Time, Cardboard Castles, Queen of Valleluna). Their musical Cardboard Castles is currently in development as a feature film by Rubic House.

Paul Stancato (director) is an award-winning director/choreographer who has directed the National Tours of Jekyll and Hyde, The Lion King, and The Wedding Singer.
