ANASTASIA's Ian Knauer to Host Broadway Artists and Friends' May MIC & MINGLE

ANASTASIA'S Ian Knauer hosts the Broadway Artists & Friends Mic & Mingle on Monday, May 22nd at 6:30pm (doors open at 5:30pm). The evening will be kicked off by a stellar line up of Broadway pros (listed below) followed by selected artists at the legendary Laurie Beechman Theatre.

Performers and audience will be treated to an up close view of artists newest works, make invaluable industry connections and support our community of artists. Tickets on sale now.

Broadway artists performing include: Blair Goldberg (KINKY BOOTS, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN); Brinae Ali (SHUFFLE ALONG); Heather Parcells (TUCK EVERLASTING, FINDING NEVERLAND, SOUL DOCTOR, WONDERLAND, A CHORUS LINE, CHITTY, CHITTY BANG, BANG), Chryssie Whitehead (CHICAGO, A CHORUS LINE); Mark Planner (JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, GODSPELL); Pat McRoberts (MISS SAIGON National); Shawna Hamic (LAST SHIP); Ian Knauer, Host (ANASTASIA, DAMES AT SEA, BY JEEVES, MAMMA MIA!, STATE FAIR), among several others.

Musical director Brad Ross. Producer Tamlyn Brooke Shusterman (42nd STREET, Dame Edna). Associate Producer Malini Singh McDonald. Stage Manager Will Maitland Weiss. Executive Programs Coordinator Randall Eames.

The fun continues as selected artists & friends take the mic to sing for NYC Casting Director Jamibeth Margolis, who will be crowning two participants the "future of Broadway."

Selected performers include: Rhonda Kahane, Emma Ragen, Mary Malaney, Molly Evans, Nicolette Palombo, Lexi Baldachino, Danielle Benna, Katie Welsh, Greg Driscoll, Jaron Barney among a few others.

The Broadway Artists Connection is a charitable nonprofit that nurtures artists of all levels (Broadway, aspiring, re-entering & under-served) by providing opportunities for them to perform, make industry connections and participate in mentoring programs.
