Don't Tell Mama is pleased to host 1756 - Making America , a new musical by composer Jack Dallas. Ben Franklin and wife Deborah, narrate this French and Indian War musical comedy. Life and death are opposed as French pirates and marauding Indians threaten the American colonies. A young military engineer is held hostage at Fort Pitt, New France. His pretty slave girl falls in love with him and struggle to save him from hanging. In 1756- Making America, a colony prepares a fight from terror and tyranny to procure life, liberty and happiness. 1756 - Making America is a 4 handed farce.

Performances will be held Wednesday April 17th, 24th at 7pm and Saturday April 20th and 27th at 2pm. The cover for this show is $15.00 and a 2 drink/beverage minimum. Reservations can be made by calling 212-757-0788 or online at www.donttellmamanyc.com


Jack Dallas has been composing musical comedies for more years than most people are alive . He lead four seasonal productions culminating in The HighWayMan being filmed by Alfred Hitchcock crew veterans. The Clifton Art Center used to hold elephants and giraffes, Dallas replaced them with Copper Kettle, Miranda, and Jen- X. Ransom Ring, CinderBrat and H.B.W.B.
