Catherine Alcorn as THE DIVINE MISS BETTE next Thursday

Award-winning Aussie cabaret star Catherine Alcorn will be performing her widely acclaimed show The Divine Miss Bette at Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood on Thursday, November 8, at 8:30pm, it was announced today by Chris Isaacson Presents.

Award-winning artist Catherine Alcorn is, "a jewel in the crown of Australian cabaret" (Adelaide Now), renowned for her powerhouse vocals and razor-sharp wit. Most recently, she was nominated for a Sydney Theatre Award and BroadwayWorld Award in the Best Cabaret category for her new show Cathartic and also starred in the Australian premiere of the off-Broadway cult hit 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche. Earlier this year she made her US debut, selling out five cities with The Divine Miss Bette. Best known for her side-splitting portrayal as Bette Midler, Alcorn has entertained thousands across the country in the show which has continued to break box office records all over Australia. She has headlined and appeared in the world's most celebrated festivals including Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Sydney Festival, Tasmania's Festival of Voices, and Perth Fringe Festival.
