Lillehammer will be hosting the second Winter Youth Olympic Games in february 2016. Some 1.600 athletes and officials from 70 National Olympic Committees will participate in the games.
Athletes aged between 15 and 18 years will compete in the 7 Olympic winter sport disciplines and take part in an authentic Culture and Education Programme.
