SKIN TIGHT - PAGE 10

Skin Tight small logo

Twenty-four Americans who feel like prisoners in their own body seek to change their lives forever by enlisting the help of doctors to drastically change their appearance. Beginning Wednesday, January 6th at 9/8c with the season four premiere of MY 600-LB LIFE we'll follow the lives of 12 people weighing over 600-lbs and their medical journey to shed the weight. Then, in the new series "Skin Tight", premiering Wednesday, January 6th at 10/9c, viewers will meet 12 Americans who have lost massive amounts of weight and are ready to undergo a full-body transformation through skin removal surgery. After hundreds of pounds of fat are shed through methods ranging from gastric bypass surgery to strict dieting and workouts, there is still a constant reminder of a person's once much heavier self. Skin Tight takes an intimate look at people who have lost extreme amounts of weight and will go through extensive surgeries to remove up to 50-lbs of excess skin. Some individuals have six-packs, but it remains hidden under mounds of skin, leaving many feeling even more uncomfortable than when they were obese. With cutting edge technology and reconstructive surgical options, experienced surgeons will cut away massive amounts of skin, creating a full-body transformation. The reveal will not only change each subject's self-image, but will change their lives forever.
