As excitement builds for the return of truTV's hit series Impractical Jokers, the network has launched "Draft a Joker," a new online sweepstakes that gives the show's more than 700,000 Facebook fans the chance to test how much they really know their favorite pranksters. Fans can access the "Draft a Joker" through the Impractical Jokers Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/impracticaljokers. Impractical Jokers will kick off the second half of season two on Thursday, Aug. 1, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT), exclusively on truTV.

Through truTV's "Draft a Joker" game, fans can "draft" which Impractical Jokers star - Q, Murr, Joe, or Sal - they think will win the most dares in each week's episode. Fans can also test their knowledge with trivia and other fun, interactive challenges.

Ten players who participate each week will be chosen at random to receive an Ultimate Fan Pack, filled with Impractical Jokers merchandize and other truTV-related items. At the end of the sweepstakes, one lucky weekly winner will be selected for the Grand Prize: a visit to an Impractical Jokers shoot. Official rules are available at http://draftajoker.com/rules/rules.html.

truTV's hit series Impractical Jokers centers on Q, Murr, Joe and Sal, four longtime friends who dare one another to do ridiculous things in public, then Capture their extreme dares on hidden camera, complete with the unsuspecting public's amused, confused, or flabbergasted reactions. After completing each dare, the guys are given a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down to determine who succeeded under pressure and who collapsed in defeat. At the end of each episode, the guy with the most fails must face a mortifying punishment with truly humiliating consequences.

Impractical Jokers premiered on truTV to critical acclaim in December 2011 and quickly became one of the network's biggest hits, especially among young adults. The show averaged 2.8 million viewers in Q1 2013 and ranked among basic cable's Top 5 programs in the timeslot with key adult and male demos. Impractical Jokers is also one of truTV's youngest-skewing series, scoring a median age of only 32.

truTV recently renewed Impractical Jokers for a third season. The network also greenlit a new post-show, entitled Jokers After Party, which will launch in conjunction with season three. Impractical Jokers and Jokers After Party are produced for truTV by NorthSouth Productions (Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta, Double Divas), with Charlie DeBevoise and Mark Hickman serving as executive producers.
