mun2 Continues Coverage of BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE Today

mun2, the modern general entertainment cable channel for Latinos, continues its coverage of the 2014/2015 season of the Barclays Premier League with two exciting matches today, September 13 at 7:40 a.m. EST/ 6:40 a.m. CST with Arsenal vs Manchester City followed by Liverpool vs Aston Villa at 12:25 p.m. EST/11:25 a.m. CST.

To date the 2014/2015 season of the Barclay Premier League on mun2 has more than doubled viewership among adults 18-49 compared to the same time last season. This season the network will present the most games ever, featuring 100 games with unprecedented coverage across multiple platforms and making them available via streaming through selected pay TV providers and on VOD immediately after the games are over.

Manuel Pellegrini's Manchester City squad suffered a surprising defeat last August 30th on their pitch at the hands of Stoke City. The Citizens look to Argentine striker Sergio "Kun" Agüero and Spaniard midfielder David Villa as they go to Emirates Stadium looking to recapture their winning ways against an Arsenal squad which found a boost from the leg of Chilean Alexis Sanchez in their last match to salvage a 1-1 tie versus Leicester City. Liverpool got a huge spark from recently acquired Italian superstar forward Mario Balotelli (in his return to the BPL) and Captain Steven Gerrard in a 3-0 victory versus the Tottenham Hotspur. The Reds await the arrival at Anfield of an Aston Villa squad that has surprised early this season and sit with 7 points on the table and have not experienced defeat so far.

Soccer analyst Sammy Sadovnik and former Mexican National Team player Manuel Sol will call both matches.
