espnW.com posted strong gains in June, including a record high of 31.6 million minutes spent, according to comScore, marking four straight months that the site has seen all-time highs in several metrics. Also in June, the FIFA Women's World Cup helped espnW notch its second-largest monthly unique visitor total ever with 7.7 million (comScore).

"espnW is focused on creating impactful, noteworthy content and these numbers demonstrate that we're striking a chord with our audience," said Laura Gentile, vice president, espnW. "High quality features surrounding the Women's World Cup and a moving piece about domestic violence SURVIVOR Christy Mack contributed to the strong growth we've seen. We are poised to continue."

espnW.com previously set records in March, April and May:

According to comScore, in March espnW.com set an all-time high in unique visitors (6.1 million), total minutes (23.2 million) and total visits (12.1 million)

In April, espnW.com eclipsed its monthly unique visitor all-time high set just the month before with 8.1 million (comScore), in large part driven by writer Jane McManus' piece on domestic violence SURVIVOR Christy Mack, which generated 4.2 million views (Adobe Analytics)

In May, Kate Fagan's story on former Penn track athlete Madison Holleran, "Split Image," generated the most page views ever for an espnW story, with more than 3.3 million (Adobe Analytics).
