The X-Men will be back in 2015.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox has confirmed it will release an extended edition of Bryan Singer's X-MEN DAYS OF FUTURE PAST, that will "restor some of the scenes-and subplots-cut out of the original edition."
James Finn, EVP of Marketing Communications for Fox, confirmed the news this weekend, tweeting: "@ConnorBlackburn @DOFPXmen theatrical. Extended is coming next year."
It was previously speculated that the restored scenes might be included on the DVD/Blu-ray release of the film, though Finn has also confirmed the home release would only feature the theatrical version of 'FUTURE PAST.'
