NBC, FremantleMedia NORTH AMERICA and Wyndham Rewards®, the award-winning hotel loyalty program of Wyndham Hotel Group, today announced a season-long partnership for the 11th season of the summer's number one show AMERICA'S GOT TALENT (AGT). The first travel partner in the show's history, Wyndham Rewards will be prominently highlighted in a series of on-air packages, featuring host Nick Cannon, and across the digital and social platforms of NBC.
"We are pleased to welcome Wyndham Rewards to 'America's Got Talent' as our first sponsor from the travel category," said Dan Lovinger, Executive Vice President, Entertainment Advertising Sales, NBCUniversal. "After 10 seasons, we continue to push the envelope on creativity and find new ways to connect with our loyal and passionate fans. Only a show as big as AGT can offer these types of opportunities for our advertisers."
During the audition and judge rounds of the show, Wyndham Rewards branded "You've earned this." montages narrated by Nick Cannon will show viewers some of the acts that have cleared their way to the next phase of the competition. Throughout the season, viewers will also be driven to
NBC.com to view more show content and as the finale approaches, a special page highlighting the show's top acts will be brought to viewers by Wyndham Rewards.
"These talented contestants have truly earned their place in the spotlight- and by giving fans authentic 'You've earned this.' moments,
NBC has helped us perfectly amplify our brand messaging, said Noah Brodsky, SVP worldwide loyalty and engagement and Wyndham Hotel Group. "It's such a natural connection and a great way for us to continue to highlight how Wyndham Rewards is the world's simplest, most generous hotel loyalty program."
Season 11 of "America's Got Talent" premieres May 31st on
NBC (8-10p.m. ET/PT). The only competition show open to all ages and all talents, "America's Got Talent" stars host Nick Cannon and returning judges Howie Mandel, Mel B, and Heidi Klum. Joining the judges' panel this season is Simon Cowell. The 10th season of "America's Got Talent" last summer averaged a 3.0 rating in adults 18-49 and 12.7 million viewers overall in "live plus seven day" averages from Nielsen Media Research. That made it last year's #1 summer series on the Big 4 networks in 18-49 and total viewers and the most-watched summer unscripted series for a 10th year in a row. It was also AGT's most-watched season in four years.
"America's Got Talent" is produced by FremantleMedia
NORTH AMERICA and Syco Entertainment. Simon Cowell, Sam Donnelly, Jason Raff, Trish Kinane and Richard Wallace are the executive producers.
