Will Rahn Joins CBS NEWS Digital as Political Correspondent

CBS News Digital today named Will Rahn Managing Editor for Politics and Political Correspondent based in Washington, D.C. In this newly created role, Rahn will write political columns and manage a team of embedded journalists reporting daily from the campaign trail.

He will also contribute and make appearances on CBSN, CBS News' 24/7 digital streaming news service. He begins his new role on Monday, March 7.

Rahn joins CBS News Digital from The Daily Beast, where he has served as Washington Bureau Chief since February 2015 following his role as Senior Editor, where he oversaw midterm elections coverage since June 2014. Before joining The Daily Beast, Rahn was Deputy Editor of The Daily Caller and previously worked for MSNBC's "Morning Joe." Rahn grew up in New York City and attended Georgetown University.
