Warner Bros. International Television Production has acquired the format rights to distribute RTL's new entertainment show, Two vs. the Nation, from German production company I&U TV.
In Germany, the premiere episode aired on RTL on 9 September and was the most successful RTL entertainment show premiere of 2013, attracting 5.5 million viewers, almost double the channel's average share, growing throughout the episode to 7 million viewers.
Two vs. the Nation is a live, studio entertainment show - where the whole nation is involved. It pits two famous celebrities against the country in a variety of physical and mental challenges. In addition to the in-studio action, there is also interactivity with home play along.
