WIGS (www.watchwigs.com and www.youtube.com/wigs), the No. 1 channel for scripted drama on YouTube, today announced the premiere of the all-new drama SUSANNA. Exploring the issue of postpartum depression, the series launches today, June 14 (9:00 AM ET/6:00 AM PT) with six new episodes. The remaining six episodes will debut Friday, June 21 (9:00 AM ET/6:00 AM PT).

Starring Academy Award winner Anna Paquin ("True Blood," "X-Men," "The Piano") and Maggie Grace ("Lost," "Taken"), SUSANNA is the story of two sisters, Katie (Paquin), the mother of a newborn and her younger sister, Susanna (Grace), an investment banker on the rise, who has no interest in becoming a mother. But when Katie develops acute postpartum depression and is hospitalized, Susanna must take care of her sister and her sister's child, while trying to keep the biggest business opportunity of her life from being derailed by her sister's illness. In the process, she unexpectedly falls in love...with Katie's child.

"'Am I my sister's keeper?' This is the thematic core explored in SUSANNA," said Avnet. "Anna and Maggie's characters are thrown into a very difficult situation and, as performers, they embraced The Challenge fearlessly. The result is a piece that addresses the post-partum syndrome without flinching."

SUSANNA is written and directed by WIGS co-creator Jon Avnet ("Black Swan," "Fried Green Tomatoes," "Risky Business") and also features Rob Benedict ("Waiting," "Felicity") and Virginia Madsen ("Sideways," "Fire with Fire"), star of previous WIGS series JAN.
