VIDEO: Whoopi Goldberg on Next VIEW Host: 'They Want a Guy, We'll Do a Guy'

Whoopi Goldberg, the sole remaining co-host of ABC's THE VIEW, had little to say about who she would like to see join her on the daytime talk show panel next season.
TMZ caught up with her in New York City yesterday and asked her opinion on recent reports that Sara Palin may join the show. "I work for Disney - whatever they want," said the easy-going Goldberg.
Asked about a male signing on as a co-host, the funnylady replied, "They want a guy, we'll do a guy," adding, "All I know is I have two years still on my contract, so all I know is: I'm still here."

It was recently announced that Rosie O'Donnell would return to THE VIEW for next season. The comedian served as host for one season but abruptly left the show in 2007 after feuding with then co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck. ABC recently announced that current hosts Jenny McCarthy and Sherri Shepherd would not return next season.
