Asian-American entertainment network Myx TV's cooking competition show EAT YOUR WORDS combines trends like social media, public shaming, and millennials who can't cook. Finicky foodies leave scathing restaurant reviews protected behind a keyboard, but tables turn when they try to cook the dish they burned online. If the judges decide they can't pull it off, the foodies must "eat their words" and publicly apologize for their review.

Host Kara Birkenstock joins judges like YouTuber Chris Powers and actress Lucille Soong (Grandma Huang from "Fresh Off the Boat.") The contestants have titles ranging from glassblower, to witch, to an anti-food porn Instagrammer.
