Blanchett recently received an Oscar nomination for her role in CAROL. Among her notable films are ELIZABETH, BLUE JASMINE, NOTES ON A SCANDAL, I'M NOT THERE, THE LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy, THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON, and Disney's recent, live-action CINDERELLA remake.

She took the stage in Sydney Theatre Company's THE MAIDS at New York City Center last year. The Helpmann Award winner has starred in many theatre productions in Australia (among them HEDDA GABLER, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE, UNCLE VANYA and more), as well as PLENTY in the West End.
