Taraji P. Henson stopped by ABC's THE VIEW and explained that her "Empire" character Cookie has become a cultural icon because she is the walking living truth. The actress also talks about her new film "Hidden Figures" which is about African-American mathematician Katherine Johnson who helped send John Glenn to the moon. Watch the appearance below!
