VH1's series "Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn" closes its sixth season of conflicts, reconciliations, and shockers in the exciting finale airing Wednesday, December 9th at 10PM ET/PT. Dr. Jenn and all five couples excitedly prepare for the first-ever televised wedding of a transgender person featuring Carmen Carrera and Adrian Torres' recommitment of vows. Amidst communication issues and bridesmaid drama, the whole gang pulls together just in time for this historical celebration of love.

In the season finale of COUPLES THERAPY with Dr. Jenn, the group discusses what they've learned and lay down the deal-breakers for their relationships. And despite a run of chaos in the house, Carmen realizes a childhood dream when Adrian finally gives her the wedding she's always wanted.

In season six of "VH1 COUPLES THERAPY with Dr. Jenn," each couple faced unique problems - some of their issues center on having every detail of their relationship in the public eye and blown out of proportion.
