The special episode of CBS's UNDERCOVER BOSS features updates on some of the most compelling bosses and how the undercover experience impacted them personally as well as the companies they lead.

This fourth season finale airs Friday, May 17 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The bosses include the Diamond Resorts International CEO who created a crisis fund that saved an employee's life and the Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates President who has eased communication barriers among his workforce.
