VIDEO: Ross & Rachel's 'Emma' is All Grown Up; Meet the FRIENDS Actress!

ET had an exclusive look at twins Noelle and Cali Sheldon who portrayed baby Emma, the daughter of Ross and Rachel on the iconic series FRIENDS. "I grew up knowing that I was on Friends, but I didn't realize the extent of it until I was probably 10," Noelle told the show. Check out the video!

The twins, now 12 years old, are currently in seventh grade and enjoy playing sports, instruments and doing charity work as they continue to pursue acting careers. "I want to keep being an actress because I think it's really fun to be a different person for a little bit," Cali tells ET. "But it's more of a hobby than a career path."

The girls were cast after their mother noticed on a twin parenting blog that many film and TV productions were looking to cast twins in a single role. While the sisters have no real memories of their time on the show, their parents confirm that the "Friends" cast were "really nice."
