Hardboiled P.I. Ian attempts to help a femme fatale in distress in "A Light, Doll?", episode 2 of the Stage17.tv original series Ian. Unfortunately, the only heat Ian's used to packing is his hot water bottle. Watch the episode below!

Ian, created by and starring Ross Evans (Associate Director of award-winning Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), is Stage17.tv's newest comedic web series about the handsome hero who is the cinematic star of his own dreams. Unfortunately for Ian, Bogey he is not.

Ian may still be a virgin... but it certainly isn't for lack of imagination! Ian's outrageous fantasies pay homage to iconic movie genres, including 80's Teen Comedy (25 Candles), Film Noir (A Light, Doll?), Sci-Fi (Fly Goddess), Kung Fu (Egg, Roll, & Fight), Fosse Musical (Clean Your Plate), and Spaghetti Western (The Showdown).

Ian stars Ross Evans as Ian, Ariana Shore (Broadway's The Performers) as Ian's Cousin, with special guest stars Jake Epstein (TV: Degrassi, The Next Generation; Broadway: Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) as Black Cowboy, Katie McClellan (Believe by J.J. Abrams) as Femme Fatale, Joshua David Robinson (Williamstown Theatre Festival) as Delivery Man, Krysta Rodriguez (TV: Smash; Broadway: First Date, Addams Family) as Fly Goddess, Sarah Schenkkan (National Tour: Wicked) as Damsel in Distress, and Cortney Wolfson (Broadway: Kinky Boots) as Singing Seductress.

STAGE17.tv presents IAN, created, written and directed by ROSS EVANS executive producer ONDINE LANDA ABRAMSON supervising producer DIANA BASMAJIAN director of photography ZACHARY HALBERD.

Stage17.tv premiered episode 2 A Light, Doll? yesterday, June 26, 2014, starring Katie McClellan from J.J. Abrams' Believe. See the Ian premiere episode at 25 Candles here: http://www.stage17.tv/series/ian.
